PAYMENT
US Orders
  We accept personal and company checks, money orders or you may pay securely online with your credit card via PayPal. All checks or money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars, and made payable to David Williams.
International Orders
  We have a great deal of experience shipping packages all over the World, and welcome orders from everyone, no matter where you live. Please select Online as your method of payment, we cannot currently accept any other payment method for International sales. You may use any major credit card to pay for your purchase securely online with PayPal. Please be aware that you may be liable for customs duty and import taxes, please check with your local postal service for more information.
Currency Exchange Rates
  Although you may select the option to display prices in your local currency, these are only meant as a guide and may not be entirely accurate. The US Dollar price is always the actual price charged. All orders will be charged in US Dollars at the current exchange rate determined by the banking system.
Cancellation of Order
  Once payment has been received (Online or Mail In), orders may NOT be cancelled.
You may cancel your order prior to sending payment by replying to the initial order email you received and entering 'CANCEL ORDER' in the subject line.
If you select the 'Online - PayPal' payment option we must receive payment within 48 hours.
If you select the 'Mail In - Check or Money Order' payment method we must receive payment within 7 days.
Failure to pay in the alloted time frame will result in your order being cancelled, and all items will be returned to stock.

SHIPPING
  We use the United States Postal Services and charge the following shipping rates:
US ORDERS
  Orders up to $25  - $3.99 shipping
  Orders up to $50  - $4.99 shipping
  Orders up to $75  - $5.99 shipping
  Orders up to $100 - $6.99 shipping
  Orders over $100   - FREE shipping
Priority Mail is also available for an extra fee, based upon weight of items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  Shipping fee for all overseas orders are calculated automatically and based upon total weight of items in your order. Once you have entered your address on the checkout page, the shipping and handling fee will be calculated. You may then amend, confirm and place your order.

 Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of payment being received. (Checks may require up to 10 days to clear. Print orders may require another 7 days for off-site printing).
You will receive an email once your order has been received, another when your order has been shipped. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will receive notification by email and be entitled to a full or partial refund if you decide not to wait.

INSURANCE
  Although we always package items securely, for high value items we recommend you purchase shipping insurance. Please enter YES in the box on the checkout page and we will inform you of the additional postage required. If you choose not to pay for insurance, you are agreeing that Bondpix will not to be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to your items by the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY
  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund (*see below for exceptions). Most new and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back to us, using a postal service which includes a tracking number.
If the return is a result of our error, a full refund will be made including shipping fees.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. (See above for INSURANCE)
(*Exceptions: Refunds will not be given for any print, CD or DVD order. However, faulty DVDs or CDs will be replaced upon their return and prints will be replaced free of charge if you have any complaint with the quality.)

PRIVACY & SECURITY
  Your privacy is important to us, we will never rent, sell or otherwise make your personal information, including your email address, available to any other company or third party, unless it is essential to carry out your order (ie. the Post Office to deliver your package). We occasionally send email newsletters, but you may un-subscribe from these messages at any time. Any personal information you send to us will be transmitted and stored on secure networks only. If you pay for your order online, your credit card information is only entered once you have been transferred to PayPal, a secure website. At no time do we have knowledge or access to your credit card information, and this data is never stored on our servers or computers.

  We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
